Return Policy
We have a customer-friendly 3-day return and 7-day exchange policy.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at info@anewuofficial.com mentioning your Order ID.
We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. If you do not like the product, you will have to raise a return request from your account. Goods once sold can be exchanged for replacement. In case of return, store credit will be credited if they meet our terms and conditions
Please note-
1. When you receive ANewU package, record a video of unboxing so if there is any problem with the product e.g., damaged product/product is missing in the box / received wrong product and submit it with the return/exchange claim. Then it will be easy for us to assist at the time you raise return / exchange request.we will arrange the pick up and a Delivery the new product at free of cost.
2. Gift box will not be eligible for return / exchange.
3. You can avail store credit twice for one order. After that we will not accept any return / exchange for the same order.
4. Return/Exchange is not available on customised products
5. If an order is returned, the accompanying free gift must also be returned.
6. Customers have to return the product with the original package in case of returns or exchange.Please note ANewU will arrange the pick up from your door step.
If you have ordered more than two products and wish to return partial order, the refund amount for credit note will be calculated based on applicable discount on non-return products in the order.
credit note would be processed within 1-2 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Bengaluru.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products
shall not be eligible for return or replacement,
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the product.
- If the Return is requested after 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
- If the product is made to order by the customer.
Note: if you claim for the missing product in your order, It is important to have an unboxing video.
Without this, we won’t be able to take any action on the issue !!
Exchange Policy:
- You have to raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. You can log in to your account if you already have one or create a new one using the same email id which is used while placing the order. There is an exchange option available and we will arrange for the pick up from your doorstep.
- Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 2-3 working days. Please note ANewU will arrange the pick up from your door step.
- Exchange would not be accepted if the product was customised
for you. - If you want to exchange the product you ordered for another
product of a higher amount, we would give you a coupon code for the amount of the product you returned. You can use this code while placing the order and pay the balance amount on your purchase. - If you want to exchange your product with another product of
lower amount, we would ship the product as soon as we receive it and the balance would be given in the form of a credit note, which can be used anytime. - Return or Exchange of the Exchanged product is not possible unless there is an issue with shipment or physical damage happened at the time of receiving the product. To claim this Video of Unboxing is mandatory
- No discount will be given on exchange orders.
